Air-Fried Paris Fries
Ingredients
- 1 lb russet potatoes, (2 large or 3 medium potatoes)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper, or to taste
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Scrub and clean the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into even ¼-inch thick strips.
- Rinse the fries in cold water and thoroughly pat dry.
- Add the fries into a large bowl, drizzle with the oil, and toss. Sprinkle seasonings over the fries and toss again.
- Transfer the fries to the air fryer basket and cook at 380 for 10 minutes. Toss the French fries and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes until the fries are golden and crispy. Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Fresh-Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley, or to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Rub potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer until potatoes are soft, 40 to 50 minutes, depending on potato size.
- Slice potatoes lengthwise.
- Pinch both sides of each potato, using your hands and forcing potatoes to open, until the fluffy insides start to come out.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter into each potato.

Yummy Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced paper-thin
- 3 tablespoons salt, plus more to taste
- 1 quart oil for deep frying
Directions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Transfer potato slices to a large bowl of cold water as you slice them.
- Drain slices and rinse under cold water. Refill the bowl with water, add 3 tablespoons salt, and put slices back in the bowl. Let potatoes soak in the salty water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain and rinse slices again. Pat dry.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 365°F (185°C).
- Working in small batches, fry potato slices until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Continue until all of the slices are fried.
- Season potato chips with additional salt if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
