Air-Fried Paris Fries

  1. Scrub and clean the potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into even ¼-inch thick strips.
  3. Rinse the fries in cold water and thoroughly pat dry.
  4. Add the fries into a large bowl, drizzle with the oil, and toss. Sprinkle seasonings over the fries and toss again.
  5. Transfer the fries to the air fryer basket and cook at 380 for 10 minutes. Toss the French fries and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes until the fries are golden and crispy. Garnish with parsley if desired.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Fresh-Baked Potatoes

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  3. Rub potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley.
  4. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook in the preheated air fryer until potatoes are soft, 40 to 50 minutes, depending on potato size.
  6. Slice potatoes lengthwise.
  7. Pinch both sides of each potato, using your hands and forcing potatoes to open, until the fluffy insides start to come out.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of butter into each potato.

Yummy Potato Chips

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Transfer potato slices to a large bowl of cold water as you slice them.
  3. Drain slices and rinse under cold water. Refill the bowl with water, add 3 tablespoons salt, and put slices back in the bowl. Let potatoes soak in the salty water for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Drain and rinse slices again. Pat dry.
  5. Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 365°F (185°C).
  6. Working in small batches, fry potato slices until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Continue until all of the slices are fried.
  7. Season potato chips with additional salt if desired.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
